Throughout history, teams have looked more or less the same: humans in seats, hired sequentially, managed hierarchically, capped by headcount. Locked into one shape, that structure has held back growth and stalled what teams could become.

In the age of abundance, no one should let the old structure of teams limit them. We're on a mission to reshape, refine, and redefine what teams and collaboration look like. For over two years, we've advocated for and explored the notion that we need smarter teams, not smarter tools. And we've arrived at our best iteration yet: a squad that's part human, part agent, an iteration of the team that's always on, flexible, and moves at speed, but grounded in judgment.
